Why
Support Birchwood Camp? |

Our ministry of Christian
Hospitality reaches people from all over the state of Alaska. Camp
and Retreat ministries make a difference in the lives of people every
year, helping campers build relationships with themselves, each other,
and God through Jesus Christ.

Birchwood Camp appreciates support
from churches and individuals outside of Alaska because there are fewer
than 4000 United Methodist Church members in 28 churches in the Alaska
Missionary Conference, which also supports another camp near Juneau, Alaska.

to our Bruce Roberts Memorial Scholarship fund,
named in honor of a long-time Board member and Camp supporter. The fund
pays camper registration for those who cannot afford it on their own.

Covenant Relationship with one of our missionaries, Dave
and Kim Kobersmith. A Covenant Relationship joins a United Methodist
Congregation and a missionary through prayer and financial support for a
minimum one-year commitment.
